Am observat ca dupa ce am schimbat distributia nu mai intra din a 2-a in a 1-a. Intra doar cand opresc masina de tot, simt in schimbator o greutate si nu vrea sa "fuga" intr-a 1-a. Ma gandesc ca nu am verificat nicioadat uleiul din cutie, oare sa fie din cauza lipsei de ulei? M-am tot uitat pe sub ea, dar nu vad pete de ulei sub nici o forma. Voi aveti probleme de genu, sau ati gasit vreo rezolvare?

Si mie imi intra cam greu in a I-a si a II-a in mers. Chiar pot sa zic ca pt a I-a trebuie sa opresc aproape de tot iar a doua intra greu dar daca fortez nitel intra. Nu cred sa aiba vreo legatura cu distributia. Cel putin la mine nu a avut. Am incercat o aliniere a timoneriei dar la fel face. Mai ramane cu uleiul de transmisie si daca nici asta nu are efect probabil ca trebuie desfacuta cutia. Oricum momentan merge si nu am de gand sa fac nimic la ea.

Stai linistit si eu am "problema" asta totul sta in sincoranele cutiei, si in capacitatea furcii sa reduca nr de rotatii intre pinioane pana sa le cupleze, drept sa spun si la mine urmatoarea operatie va fi schimbarea uleiului de cutie, dar inca nu am gasit magazinul care sa fi auzit de codul 1940768 din Etzlod, dupa ce merg mai mult cu masina pot sa zic ca intra ca unsa in viteze, numai cand e rece uleiul din cutie intra mai greu si iarna, ce simti tu la mana e ca ar "agata" cand intra in a I a insa nu recomand sa fortzezi intrarea in viteza, las-o sa se opreasca sau dai cu a 2 a, schimba uleiul din cutie si te astept cu un feed back ca sa stiu si eu ce fac

Am schimbat si eu de curand uleiul in cutie, mi-au pus original GM... am dat o caruta de bani pe el.
Intra mai usor ca inainte, dar cand e rece afara tot mai agata din cand in cand. Problema asta este data si in TIS, cu tot cu remediu... se schimba niste piese pe acolo... dar nu m-am interesat ce anume.
Sunt momente in care aproape ca trebuie sa opresc ca sa intre 1-a... si alte dati intra extrem de usor chiar si la 10-15km/h.

Complaint: Some customer complain about bad cold shifting behaviour in 1st and 2nd gear. The gearshift mechanism is correctly adjusted and clutch system is bleeded.
Cause: Tolerances of toothing of the sliding gear.
Production: Introduction of transmission with modified siding gear as of transmission number Gxx03240969 in calendar week 41 / 2003.
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint the sliding gear has to be replaced by
using the Repair Kit, Partno.: 9201451 / Catalogno.: 16 07 013. There
is no need to replace the entire transmission.

Complaint: It might be possible that - even if the transmission is correctly adjusted- a stiff and/or inexact shift mechanism occurs especially at cold conditions. As the transmission oil becomes warmer the shifting behavior improves. This is definitely not a transmission damage, the durability of the transmission is not affected.
Cause: Problem might be caused by: - Sliding gears are out of tolerance. - Feathering at the synchronizers. - Oil stiffness.
Production: Modified sliding gears have been implemented in production since June 2002 with transmission number A10721F17.
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint install a modified sliding gear for gear
for 1st and 2nd gear. The mentioned part is available through P&A under
the following Partnumber: 13123502 / Catalognumber: 90 07 140.
For further parts please refer to EPC (if required).
Note:
Up to transmission number A09091F17 ----> the following parts must be
replaced together:
- Main shaft, 1st and 2nd transmission gear, synchronizer,

Remedy:
Installation of a Repair-Kit.
Installation of well springs into the synchromesh body of the 3rd and 4th
gear.
Note:
Before installation of the Repair-Kit carry out Field Remedy 1267
"Tranmission - F23 Rattling Noise" to eleminate the noises.
If the noises cannot be eleminated by carrying out Field Remedy 1267

Eu aveam de gand sa ma duc la un service sa-mi verifice uleiul si "meseriasii" de acolo nu au gasit busonul de la cutie, deci va dati seama ce buni sunt. Si este service renumit in CTza care face Mercedes, Audi si Opel. Acu sa vad poate nu o fi nevoie sa schimb tot uleiul din cutie. La fel si la mine, cateodata intra si la 10-15 km/h intr-a a 1-a, iar cateodata trebuie sa opresc de tot, k nu vreau sa fortez ambreiaju k sa plec cu a 2-a la 5 km/h

Eu pt cuplat trepte inferioare ,in special pt a cupla a I-a la viteze nu prea mici fara a forta cutia,folosesc o metoda imprumutata din cursele auto,dublu debreiaj se numeste.
Practic se pune la pct mort,se ambreiaza si se accelereaza un pic (sau mai mult,depinde de situatie,ideea e de egalizare a turatiei arboriilor din cutie),apoi se debreiaza si se cupleaza a I-a.

Am incercat de cateva ori dublu ambreiaj si nu iese de fiecare data, deoarece pot sa-i induc motorului o turatie mai mare decat a cutiei. Dar daca il turez un pic sub 2000 de ture intra la orice viteza sub 30 km/h, incercati si voi poate merge. Ieri am observat k intra intra a 1-a dak am sub 20km/h, trebuie stat cu mana mai mult pe schimbator. NU se simte k as forta cutie, schimba normal. Deci in concluzie nu am nimic la cutie, totusi e posibil sa am PUTIN ulei??? De cand am luat din nov. nu am verificat uleiul din cutie si nu stiu cum a mers la fostul proprietar . Va multumesc anticipat

Daca ai 10 km/h si bagi intr-a 2-a fortezi ambreiaju, nu mai zic daca ai 5 km/h, asta pt faza cu scoala de soferi. Cablu de ambreiaj sa fie motivu pentru care nu-mi intra in a 1-a?? Nu pot sa cred asa ceva, cred k este ceva din cutie. De exemplu azi masina mi-a intrat in a 1-a din mers, pe la 20 km/h fara sa fortez, asta datorita faptului k este cald afara. Pe mine ma bate gandul k nu am suficient ulei in cutie, dar urmeaza sa ajung la service
