vreau sa readuc in actualitate acest topic, deoarece sunt pe cale sa achizitionez o Zafira 2,0 DTI din 2002, 4 geamuri electrice, oglinzi el si incalzite, 10 airbaguri, comenzi pe volan, computer etc la fabuloasa suma de 9.000 euro

cunoasc oarecum istoria masinii, in bord are 136kkm, dar nu pot fi sigur ca sunt reali.

la ce trebuie sa fiu atent? ce smecherii ascunde Zafira?

pt Zafira DTI 2001 in mare sunt urmatoarele, in rest ce se verifica la o masina sh:
1 - Rear door striker bolt - Welding spots cracked
Complaint: Circular cracks in the area of the spot welds, on the door frame C-pillar in the area of the striker assembly.
Cause: Load at higher body-tension.

2 - Side Airbag - Light comes on, TC 77/87
Complaint: Airbag control lamp lights up.
Cause: Contact problems on wiring harness connector of restrained system below the seat.
Production:

3 - Active headrest, frontseat - Squeaking noise
Complaint: Squeaking noise while loading the backrest.
Cause: Squeaking noises appear due to contact of the metall surfaces on the links of the active headrest.
Production: As of 11/01/2002 all active headrests are equipped with modified links

4 - Instrumentpanel - White particles from air ventilation system
Complaint: While using the AC or air ventilation small white particles are blown out off the ventilation nozzles. Some of these rest on the instrumentpanel and are well recognisable.
Cause: The sediments are caused by residues of production process from the evaporator.

5 - Recirculation flap - Without function, AC company Behr
Complaint: Window fogging due to closed recirculation flap.
Cause: Control motor recirculation flap is defective.

6 - Front axle - Humming noise
Complaint: Vibration out of front axle area between 2100 rpm and 2200 rpm
Cause: Transmission of engine vibrations to front axle (Resonance)

7 - Front axle shaft - Humming noise
Complaint: Vibration noise from front axle - respectively transmission area between 2000 and 2200 rpm.
Cause: The right axle shaft takes over engine vibrations.

8 - Rear axle - Low frequency noise with installed mass damper
Complaint: Noises at rear brakes with or without break operation
Cause: Stimulation of the brakesystem.

Complaint: DTC C0131 is set in the control unit.
Cause: Wrongly adjusted brakelight switch.
Production:

11 - Turbocharger - Whistling noise from turbocharger
Complaint: Whistling noise from turbocharger. This noise normally occurs during the boost phase.
Cause: Exhaust manifold gasket leaky. Exhaust manifold needs to be removed and checked. There is no need to replace the turbocharger!
Production: 1) Introduction of 2.5-layer-gasket (55351605 / 08 49 213) with engine number 17D68955 (September 2002). 2) Introduction of new exhaust manifold (24442866 / 08 49 155) with engine number 17A86523 (August 2001).

12 - Oil level - incorrect
Complaint: Incorrect reading of engine oil level on the oil dipstick although correct engine oil capacity is filled in.
Cause: Missing ventilation hole in oil dipstick tube due to manufacturing failure at supplier.
Production: Oil dipstick tube is checked as of engine no: 17 C92 336 (31.05.2002). Parts at P&A have been checked and found 100% OK.

13 - Diesel engines - Lack of power, jerking
Complaint: Lack of power, jerking
Cause: Air flow meter gets dirty or damaged because of water and oil, which drains through air inlet, air cleaner.

Cause: Air in the clutch operator and pipes.

15 - F17 Transmission - Insufficient 1-2 and 3-2 shifting behavior under cold conditions
Complaint: It might be possible that - even if the transmission is correctly adjusted- a stiff and/or inexact shift mechanism occurs especially at cold conditions. As the transmission oil becomes warmer the shifting behavior improves. This is definitely not a transmission damage, the durability of the transmission is not affected.
Cause: Problem might be caused by: - Sliding gears are out of tolerance. - Feathering at the synchronizers. - Oil stiffness.
Production: Modified sliding gears have been implemented in production since June 2002 with transmission number A10721F17.

16 - Transmission - F23 rattling noises in 1. / 2. gear
Complaint: Transmission rattling at low engine speed in 1st and 2nd gear.
Cause: The noises are produced by engine vibrations and tolerances of the Synchronizer Rings of 3rd and 4th gear. The noises do not influence the life of transmission.
Production: From MY 2002 on a new process with modified transmission tolerances is implemented in production.

mai am o nelamurire, am vazut zafire din acelasi an cu masca fata diferita: unele cu ceva insertii de aluminiu, altele simple. Ce inseamna asta? Nivel de echipare diferit sau acea masca mai smecheroasa e element de tuning si se poate inlocui oricand?

Daca nu stiti despre ce vorbesc, pot pune aici poze.

Ambele au stopurile albe? Ca la cea din prima poza nu i se vede spatele.

Sa inteleg ca bancheta spate difera de la modelul 2001 la modelul 2003?

Ce parere aveti de aceste doua masini? Pe una din ele am pus ochii, prima 8800 ultimul pret, a doua 9200.

stiu ca sunt ieftine, probabil au peste 200kkm. Cati km pot sa faca neamtu` in 2-3 ani? In plus, chiar daca ma duc eu dupa masina, nu am nici o garantie ca iau una mai buna sau mai ieftina. Neamtul a invatat toate hotiile de la romani.

Deci sa inteleg ca imi recomanzi sa iau modelul 2003, si nu 2002? Una din 2002 este si la noi in oras, in parcul unui prieten, tot cam la acesti bani, dar totusi parca aia din 2003 e mai tentanta. Chiar daca e riscanta. Sper sa nu aiba probleme, chiar daca are 250kkm facuti pe autobanda, aia inseamna uzura cat 50kkm facuti in orasele din Romania.

PS: cea de SJ e vanduta de catre proprietar, ii expira leasingul in iunie, iar cea alba, din Baia mare, dupa cum se vede este vanduta de catre o firma de leasing. Tipul mi-a spus ca are 153kkm reali, si are carte service. Faza e ca stiu ca se poate rezolva orice, deci cartea service nu e o garantie prea puternica. Totusi in 2,5 ani sper sa nu fi facut mai mult de 200kkm.

cea alba e din baia mare, si nu are jante al, iar cea de SJ este gri. La care din ele te referi si de unde stii ca este elegance? Dupa parerea ta, ce inseamna faptul ca este Elegance si nu are jante?

Se pot cosmetiza pentru vanzare la greu. Are dreptate zafirul cu ce sustine despre cea care are elemente pentru fabricatie 2003.
Preturile sunt suspect de mici pentru Ro. Sa nu fie masini lovite sau poate f.f. rulate. Este vorba numai din pct. de vedere al pretului de piata fata de an si dotari.
