Hi florinike,
the corsa with two c20let engines was build by a friend of mine (arno schindler from eds-motorsport in germany) and not english guys.I helped myself building this car.The english selling partner of eds-motorsport is "regal" from
england.And thats why the car has got english number plates and drives sometimes on english drag races.It is much easier to get a license in england for such a car to drive it on the streets than in germany.But anyway it is like you said a nice car We call it the boost beast.The corsa on the video was build also by eds-motorsport but long time before the boost beast.This video is from the year 2002.But nice to watch.

@florinike may I wonder where have you seen those videos
Good job, beautiful tehnik Boost Beast is an legend, please could you explain, how they manage to keep the car stay on track, for me it seems dificult to make both engines pulls at the same time so the car won't spin around... As I understand it uses electric pomps to cool the engines but is for the space reasons only?
Do you know how many of these Beasts ar done, I may ask at what price for each?

Hi robert,
the problem is that you cant use a watercooler and an aircooled intercooler
in the back of the car for the rear engine efficiently.So the cooling systems from both
engines are connected.Therefor eds-motorsport uses watercooled
intercoolers and not aircooled ones.So in the front of the car the water in the
watercooler gets cooled down and also the water which cools the intercoolers.
Then there are powerful pumps which move the cool water to the rear engine and the hot one back to the front of the car.It is like you put a normal
intercooler in a swimmingpool with cold water instead of holding it into
cool airstream.
Now to the spinning around.eds-motorsport uses an own developed ecu to
synchronize both engines.
There is only one boost beast that was build and exists.The most
expensive at this car are not the materials but the work.Until now there
was no other person with money that was that crazy to say it wants to
have the same car build up by eds-motorsports.I dont know the exact
price such a car would cost but I think it would be around 80 thousands
euros.
