Am masurat si daca am curent in mufa de la compresor dimineata cand porneste este curent dupa ce se opreste nu mai vine curent deci ceva intra in protectie si ii taie curentul zic eu

Schimba releul A/C si verifica traseul de la releu la compresor.

Unde si care este releul de la ac ?
Eu am verificat firele de la compresor si un fir duce la un senzor de pe radiator si unul duce la releele din fata bateriei unul verde de 30 firele par a fi ok releul ala am facut proba cu un altu de la o masina identica.

P1530-este generata cand releul nu are comanda...! In aceasta speta e vorba de releul electroambreiajului compresorului,comandat de ECM(cupla A,pin 51,fir maro/violet,conform Autodata).Releul se gaseste pe regleta de relee ale electroventilatoarelor,de linga far stanga. Un releu A/C,este si in tabloul de sub bord,dar acela nu este supravegheat si comandat de ECM.Multi nu fac diferenta...! "traseul de la releu la compresor" se verifica doar in conditia in care releul cupleaza,are tensiune pe forta si ambreajul nu este alimentat...! Este recomandat a se verifica presiunea in sistemul A/C,in momentul cand este pornit motorul,pornit A/C si electroambreajul nu cupleaza.Posibil ca presiunea sa fie prea mare si ECM sa nu alimenteze comanda releului ambreajului,ca masura de protectie.Cine se pricepe,poate face o verificare pe triple-switch,cel care "vede" valoarea presiunii si informeaza ECM...!

Pt Mariyus: Vad ca esti din Iasi.
Ia legatura cu dl. Adil Gurluk de la OpelIS si fati o programare. El a fost singurul care mi-a rezolvat AC-ul la mine (vezi si alte posturi ale mele).
Daca ai nevoie de nr imi dai MP.

Am citit si colo sunt 5 relee eu vroiam sa stiu care e cel pt cllima dintre cele 5.
In fine am schimbat toate releele si nu sa rezolvat nimic 😢

Pentru ca un releu sa functioneze(cupleze) trebuie sa fie indeplinite conditiile necesare cerute de sistem...! Tu poti inlocui un releu bun cu altul tot bun...,dar care nu va functiona!

Deci ce inteleg eu din explicatia ta e ca releele sint bune si alta e problema.
Sa recapitulam am verificat firele din nou si am gasit un fir rupt la un senzor l-am inadit , am pus senzori noi la fel a facut adica dimineata cu motorul rece a pornit compresorul si ventilatoarele totul normal dupa cateva porniri si opriri nu mai porneste nimic motorul se tureaza ca si cum ecu ii da semnal sa porneasca si pana urmatoarea zi dimineata nu mai porneste, am pus din nou senzorii vechi la fel face , instalatia a fost verificata de 2 ori totul ok , releele le-am schimbat toate si nimic , am incercat sa masor bobina de pe compresor a dat 4 4.5 adica ok .
Deci nu stiu ce sa ii mai fac.

Ai verificat presiunea A/C...? Posibil sa ai presiune prea mare,la o anumita valoare a temperaturii din imediata apropiere a motorului sau tripleswitch(componenta cu 3 contacte) sa fie devalorizata la pragurile de lucru... De regula se verifica intrarea semnalului in ECM si iesirea semnalului(comanda releului electroambreiaj),pentru a constata exact unde este cauza problemei...!

Bona tarda:
Tinc un Zafira A 1.6 16v amb A/C.El compressor del A/C és para al cap d'uns minuts de funcionament el cotxe, quan arrenco en fred y aleatòriament a vegades en calent.El codi d'error del OB2 es P1530(24) Unitat de Control 11.
Podria ho dirme de quin error es tracta?

hola.
Quan va arrivar l'hivern passat funcionava i cada mes el feia funcionar una mica fins aquest estiu que hem passa aixo.
Lany passat pel estiu vaig tenir aquest problema i un mecanic hem va canviar 2reles i va fer un pont directe al compresor perque deia que era problema de la Ecu.

Pensu chì duverebbe verificà a pressione di u freon in u sistema di climatizazione per a prima volta. U freon pò esse persu in circa 2 anni è deve esse cumpletatu.

Sí, aquest és el motiu, hi ha una pèrdua al circuit. Crec que l’interruptor de pressió s’ha cancel·lat des que el mecànic va fer el canvi quan va connectar el relé del compressor.

La pèrdua de freó es pot detectar al taller mitjançant una substància fluorescent. El primer pas és comprovar la presència de freó i les pressions correctes.

Com que ja teniu improvisacions a la instal·lació (ECU defectuosa) suposo que la manca de freó fa que el compressor funcioni malament.

Look at the diagram below.



It is not good to repair the air conditioning by fooling the ECU, it receives information from the freon pressure sensor and from the temperature sensor on the freon radiator.

Look what your error means (p1530)



My advice is to make sure that there is freon in the air conditioning system at the correct pressures, that there are no leaks, that the freon pressure and temperature sensor is good.
It is important that the fan on the radiator works properly! If it does not work on all three gears then the compressor will stop and start continuously, but it must not be placed directly (with relay bridge ... that's not good, that's how it never stops because it's powered direct!)

In the image below I drew in green what I think your mechanic did, put a bridge on the compressor relay. This is how it works continuously, without taking anything into account, that's how I understood it.




Did you check the fuses? Can you post a picture of the change the mechanic made?

The mechanic told us that he opened the lid where the a / c switch is under the radio and changed 2 relays but did not bridge as the switch works. And that he had made an adaptation to the compressor so do not affect the ecu.
And in fact it was well last year so far that I have the same problems. So I do not know if it is a problem of the relays he put or what you say.
