Am un astra g din 2000 motor 2.0 Dti 16v Y20DTH , cand am cumparat masina merge ca ceasu, problema e ca cateodata masina nu mai trage zici ca are 20CV, asta se intampla dupa ce se incalzeste apa (dar nu mereu), si cand se implata faza asta daca o accelerez la maxim nu trece de 4.000 rpm daca opresc motoru de cateva ori sau o las ceva timp merege ca noua. Sti cineva ce poate sa fie.

Azi am incercat faza asta, am pornit masina am lasato 1-2 sa urce uleiu si am accelerato sa vad daca trece de 4.000rpm si a trecut fora probleme iam scos mufa de la debimetru si masina accelera foarte greu si nu trecea de 4.000 rpm, lam conectat din nou si mam dus sa dau o tura, dupa 10-15 min de mers cand mam optrit la un semafor am accelerato si am vazut ca nu trecea de 4.000 rpm, mam oprit si iam scos mufa iar masina se accelera bine numai ca nu trecea de 4000, lam conectat iar si mergea perfect ( trecea de 4.000 rpm) ¿Asta inseamna ca debimetru e stricat nu?

presimt ca i se aprinde si check engine cand nu-i mai urca in turatie peste 4000 ... si are si cod P0400 ... exact aceeasi problema am si eu... se aprinde check, "pe liber" turata nu urca peste 4000 .... dar cu ea in viteza si pedala la podea, se accelereaza treptat si foarte incet si dupa cateva secunde dispare checkul si trage normal ... dac-o tin accelerata continuu, nu mai apare... daca e mentinuta acceleratia sau n-o mai accelerez, apar aceleasi simptome...
PS: codul de eroare la mine e: P0400 - Defectiune criticã 2 de sistem(vezi descrierea codului în tabela de defecte)

Am puso pe op-com si imi doar cand vrea ea erroare la Egr, am scos egr lam curat lam mangaiat si tot asa face, zic ca da erroarea doar cand vrea ea pentru ca de exemplu am puso pe op-com cand am pornito si am mers ceva cu masina si cand a facut faza aia nu mia dat nici o erroare, erroarea mia iesit cand am oprit masina am pornito si am dat sa plec cu masina mia aparut erroare, erroarea este asta . P0400
PS: si ce scrie in descriere la erroare sa inteleg ca aia e piesa care da eroarea ¿nu? La tine ce a fost?

Cause
DTC P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0117, P0118, P0122, P0123, P0601, P0718 and P0724 not set, ECT input above 81°F, engine speed 500-900 rpm, BARO input above 95 kPa, MAP input below 24 kPa, IAC counts steady, no A/C Clutch, Brake switch or TCC transitions, VSS input above 14 mph, then during these Decel Mode Test conditions (throttle angle below 1%, not in DFCO, EGR duty cycle at 0%, then with the EGR solenoid enabled), the PCM detected that the change in the MAP sensor input was less than a predetermined amount stored in memory

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction
What does that mean?
The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve is vacuum controlled valve that regulates the amount of exhaust gases that re-enter the cylinders. The powertrain control module (PCM) determines how much based on engine load, temp, and other conditions. If the PCM detects that the amount of exhaust gases entering the cylinder were insufficient or non-existent, this code is set.
Symptoms
No symptoms will likely be noticed by the driver other than the MIL (malfunction indicator lamp). However, non visible symptoms will be increased combustion temperature and increased Nox emissions.
Causes
A code P0400 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Plugged EGR passage which restricts the flow of exhaust gasses
Faulty EGR solenoid
Faulty EGR solenoid wiring/harness
Vacuum lines damaged/disconnected to the EGR valve solenoid or to the EGR valve
Faulty EGR valve
Possible Solutions
Since EGR valve designs are different, no one test will suffice:
Using a scan tool, operate the EGR valve with the engine running. If the engine stumbles, the problem was likely intermittent wiring problem or intermittent blockage problem
If engine doesn't stumble, operate the EGR valve manually, if possible. If engine doesn't stumble and die, the ports are likely plugged. Removal of valve and cleaning of all ports will be required
Checking of solenoid can only usually be done with a scan tool, because most solenoids operate with a duty cycle of voltage, rather than constant voltage
Check all vacuum lines, hoses, etc for any damage
Visually inspect the solenoid harness and the solenoid for damage
Replace EGR valve

initial credeam ca nu etanseaza bine EGR-ul, ca aveam un surub care nu mai prindea in capacul galeriei de admisie (am scos surubul cu tot cu filetul din capac) .... refacut filet, a mers OK 1 zi ... azi am desfacut iar si am luat la verificat tot ... si-am gasit un furtunas sectionat... cel de la EGR ... momentan l-am "bandajat" pana ajung sa cumpar altul ...

Daca tot am deskis postu asta vreau sa va intreb cum se skimba becu de la check engine? ca la mine vad ca nu mai se aprinde nici cand pun contactu.
(aici se vede clar ca nu se aprinde, vreau sa va arat treaba aia ca nu trece de 4.000), aici era apa sub 70 grade
Iar aici cand am ajuns in garaj dupa 10-15 min (4-6 KM) bine ca nici nu ajunge la 4.000 rpm
Am desfacut kilometraju dar nam dat de becuri alea ( check engine, ABS...etc) se pot skimba becurile alea?
(aici se vede clar ca nu se aprinde, vreau sa va arat treaba aia ca nu trece de 4.000), aici era apa sub 70 grade
