salut. am o Frontera 1994, 2.4i benzina, motor C24NE si am incercat sa schimb pompa de apa si "n-am reusit". de ce? unul din suruburile care fixeaza pompa de apa este "acoperit" de fulia de la arborele cotit si trebuie demontata acea fulie... si aici "mi-am prins urechile". am incercat "toate variante" si nu am reusit sa dau jos surubul care o fixeaza, nu e chip ! nu pot bloca, sa nu se invarta, sa tin contra, acea fulie (am incercat cu bagatu' in viteza, NIMIC! ), si nu stiu ce tip de filet are acel surub (normal sau pe stanga). A mai facut cineva asa ceva, are cineva o poza, schitza,....... vreo idee?

Watter pump, remove and install
Remove, Disconnect
Fan cover or hang fan shroud over air vane.
Visco fan-See corresponding operation.
V - belt for compressor - on vehicles with air conditioning.
V - belt for oil pump and alternator.
Chrankshaft pulley - counterhold ussing KM- 517.
Remove, Disconnect
M - 289, washer (A) and screw (B) of crankshaft pulley - to seal timing gear case.
Remove, Disconnect
Coolant hoses from watter pump and thermostat housing (arrows).
Remove, Disconnect
Watter pump from timing gear case.
Clean sealing surfaces.
Install, connect watter pump with new sealing ring.
Tighten (torque) Watter pump bolts - 15 Nm / 11 lbf ft.
Install, connect Coolant hoses.
Important! The layout of hose clamps shown in illustration must be followed exactly. Incorrectly mounted hose clamps can lead to serious engine damage.
Tighten (torque) Hose clamps - 4 Nm / 3 lbf ft.
Remove, disconnect
KM - 289, washer (A) and screw (B) from timing gear case.
Install, connect crankshaft pulley.
Tighten (torque) Crankshaft pulley bolt - 120 Nm / 89 lbf ft.
Install, connect
V - belts and tension - see corresponding operation.
Visco - fan - see corresponding operation.
Fan shroud above fan.
Fan cover.
Top up and bleed cooling system - see corresponding operation.
Remove, Disconnect
Fan cover or hang fan shroud over air vane.
Visco fan-See corresponding operation.
