Coolant Pump, Remove and Install - https://translate.google.com/#en/ro/
Remove
Remove lower engine compartment cover – see operation "Lower Engine Compartment Cover, Remove and Install" in group "A".
Open coolant drain bolt – collect escaping coolant.
Remove air cleaner housing with air intake hose and hot film mass air flow meter – see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install".
Release fastening bolts (1) for coolant pump pulley (4).
Remove ribbed V-belts – see operation "Ribbed V-belts, Remove and Install".
Remove fastening bolts (1) and remove coolant pump pulley.
Remove fastening bolts (2) and remove coolant pump (3).
Clean
Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket residues.
Install
Attach coolant pump with new gasket to cylinder block – tightening torque 23.5 Nm
Attach coolant pump pulley to coolant pump – hand-tighten fastening bolts.
Install ribbed V-belt – see operation "Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install".
Tighten fastening bolts for coolant pump pulley – tightening torque 9.8 Nm
Install air cleaner housing with air intake hose and hot film mass air flow meter – see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install".
Close coolant drain bolt.
Install lower engine compartment cover – see operation "Lower Engine Compartment Cover, Remove and Install" in group "A".
Inspect
Charge cooling system – see operations "Cooling System, Charge and Bleed" and "Cooling System, Check for Leaks".

Nu cred ca trebui desfãcut nimic alceva.O sa Ma apuc de treaba .Dau cureaua jos .Dau drumul la apa cu antigel din radiator.Desfac fulia de pe pompa.Desfac suruburile pompei si iese.Schimb garnitura.cea noua are garniturã. O pun pe cea noua prind la loc.fulia.cureaua.Inainte de pornire bag antigel in vasul de expansiune si sper sa fie bine.Il verific nivelul antigelului cat de des deoarece va prinde aer pe instalație.Vreau sa va mulțumesc pentru ajutor.Am dat peste 2 mecanici foarte smecherii.Spuneau ca are treaba cu distributia dar vazusera masina.Si ma pusese pe gânduri.
