Cod motor: (Z18XE)

Hello everyone.
recently i bought an Opel Astra Bertone 2002
in Romania tipul variant : T98C/PT11 Astra
and after 450 km it shows the message:" Bremsbelage "
ans also "Waschwass. stand" .
i took it to Opel dealers and i changed "plecut de frana" brake pads , but it still persists .
is it somthing serious?
can you please help me find out the problem.

It's very possible to be some faulty wiring to the brake pads wearing sensor, but that should have been fixed by the Opel dealer you were at ...
