Salut,
Am o problema cu un motor z18xe: dupa ce motorul ajunge la temperatura optima, relantiul fluctueaza si "da in nas". Am conectat OPCOM si am vazut ca valaorea pentru idle speed e de 668RPM. Nu e prea putin? Cu varianta mea de opcom am putut decat sa ridic momentan valoarea de relanti la 765 RPM (la valoarea asta merge rotund, fara intreruperi). Stie cineva daca se poate reprograma cu OPCOM valoarea relantiului?

Recent am mai descoperit o simptoma: cand masina este la relanti, daca cuplez AC-ul sau ventilatorul pe treapta maxima, turatia motorului creste pana la 1200rpm dupa care scade pana la 500-600rpm(face asta incontinuu). Cu OPCOMUL conectat am observat ca in momentul in care cupleaza AC-ul, tensiunea scade sub 12V, RPM ajunge la 500-600, dupa care releul AC decupleaza si turatia ajunge la 1200 si tensiunea la 13V, dupa care releul AC cupleaza iar, iar scade tensiunea si RPM, s.a.m.d. (face asta incontinuu). Am pus si alta baterie si face la fel.

B-018 PROGRAMMING
T003 Tester Display Program Idle Speed
Work Order Description Nominal Value
In this mode, the idle speed may be modified and permanently stored in the control unit within the range permitted by the General Type Approval (TA). It should only be adjusted if the engine is subject to severe vibration in the setting and this can be lessened by altering the idle speed.
Ignition ON
Engine OFF
Press corresponding key in the system main menu to call up Additional Functions, select the desired test and confirm with ENTER . Follow the instructions in the diagnostic tester display.
The corresponding soft keys can be used to change engine speed in the range from approximately 768 rpm to 1280 rpm.
Adjustment can be confirmed by pressing ENTER .
Note:
Adjustment should not be started while the engine is running, otherwise the diagnostic tester will request that the ignition be turned off and back on again. When the engine speed adjustment is completed after a few milliseconds, the ignition must again be switched off and on in order to re-initialise the system.
If the following display appears after adjustment is completed, adjustment was successful. The engine should then be started and the relevant data list parameter (ENGINE SPEED) should be observed. The displayed idle speed must correspond to the adjusted value.

poi n-are voie sa scada tensiunea asa de mult... la mers in gol ar trebui sa fie pe la 14V, cand cuplezi AC-ul ar trebui sa fie o cadere scurta de tensiune care se egaleaza prin cresterea turatiei.. oricum turatia ar trebui sa se stabilizeze porma pe la 800... poate este stabilizatorul de tensiune belit.....
