Am si eu o problema cu cac*** de motor de la fiat care de 1 luna face o figura interesanta si anume ca nu vrea sa poneasca dupa o zi pe alta,nu are nici-o eroare pe motor si am verificat cam tot.Baterie noua de 85ah, egr functioneaza perfect, rotatie electromotor peste 190,releu bujii nou.Are cineva vre-o idee ce poate sa aiba?

Sal Alex, sunt Adi cu GTS rosu. Nu porneste deloc? sau porneste dupa ce dai mult timp la automat? Daca porneste si o opresti, dupa 1-2 ore porneste din nou? Uite-te la carcasa filtrului de motorina, sa nu fie crapata (daca s-a umblat acolo recent), e posibil sa se dezamorseze...Sau poate o fii vre-un regulator de motorina, rampa comuna, sau pompa de inalte.
Dupa ce porneste si se incalzeste motorul, uite-te la corectiile injectoarelor, poate a luat-o unu razna.

Salut Adi,problema a inceput cand o lua mai greu dar vad ca se amplifica.La inceput nu pornea daca o lasai de pe o zi pe alta dar acum vad ca are momente cand si dupa 3 ore dau la automat,iese fum dar nu porneste,rebuie sa ii mai dau curent la si pana la urma o ia.Injectoarele sunt intre -0,80 si 0,40,dar cel mai ciudat e ca nu da nici-o eroare
Mai nou cred ca se blocheaza o rola,fiindca se auzea un zgomot si am turnat apa si a iesit fum,dar am luat toate rolele si ma duc azi si le schimb.Sper sa ii dau de cap si o sa postez rezolvarea ca vad ca unii useri care sunt pe forum dupa ce rezolva problema numai posteaza si rezolvarea ca sa ii ajute pe alti.

Salut!
Sa nu ai probleme chiar cu alternatorul, sa se blocheze el. Am auzit, dar nu am stat sa ma documentez, Z19DTx nu porneste daca electromotorul nu invarte motorul la o anumita rotatie, ceva gen 250rpm. Daca zici ca da cu fum inseamna ca se alimenteaza motorul, deci o problema de gen dezamorsare nu poate fi cauza. Probabil peste noapte se gripeaza ceva, si infraneaza motorul cand dai la automat. Vezi ce se intampla dupa ce verifici rolele. Roteste cu mana si alternatorul, daca zici a baga 12.7 cand iese fum din curea sa nu se blocheze chiar el.

salut....cred ca ai probleme cu regulatorul de debit de la pompa de inalta presiune....
rampa comuna are regulator pe ea? este situat pe rampa in parte de sub pompa de inalte.....
daca nu ai acest regulator trebuie sa inlocuiesti pompa pe de inalte cu tot cu regulator....daca este atunci inlocuieste numai regulatorul de pe pompa...

Motorul Z19Dt are regulator presiune pe rampa comuna. In mod normal daca regulatorul e defect apare eroarea P0090.
Vad ca ai Op-Com. Intra la motor-> lista diagnostic si vezi presiunea din rampa cand invarte electromotorul. Daca nu ai presiune ( in mod normal trebuie sa fie in jur de 27 ) e foarte posibil sa ai regulatorul de pe rampa comuna defect.
