va salut, de ceva vreme imi apare codul acesta de eroare P0230-05 ''circuit primar pompa combustibil - semnal prea mare'' il sterg cu op'com si dupa aprox 1 sapt apare iar...mentionez ca masina trage la fel , nu consuma mai mult...stie cineva ce ar putea fi?
si de ieri a inceput sa'mi palpaie martorul cu cheita si codul P1116-06 ''tensiune mica pe circuit ventilator termostat lichid de racire '' are cineva idee care ar putea fi problema? ce ar trebui sa schimb?

P0230 Fuel Pump Primary Circuit Malfunction

Fuel Pump Primary (Control) Circuit Malfunction
What does that mean?
The fuel pump is activated by a PCM-controlled relay. Just as the name implies, a "relay" permits the transmittal of higher amperage current to the fuel pump without that current having to travel through the PCM (Powertrain Control Module). For obvious reasons it's better to not have higher amperage current anywhere near the PCM. Higher amperage current creates more heat but also in the event of a failure, can cause a PCM failure. This principal applies to any relay. The higher amperages are kept under the hood, away from sensitive areas
The relay contains basically two sides. The "control" side which is basically a coil and the "switch" side which is a set of electrical contacts. The control side (or coil side) is the low amp side. It's fed a switched ignition feed (12 volts with key on)and a ground. The ground circuit is activated by the PCM driver when appropriate. When the PCM fuel pump driver activates the relay coil, the coil acts as an electromagnet that pulls the electrical contacts closed which completes the fuel pump circuit. This closed switch allows voltage to flow on the fuel pump activation circuit, activating the pump. Whenever the key is turned on, the PCM grounds the fuel pump circuit for a few seconds, activating the fuel pump and pressurizing the system. The fuel pump won't be activated again until the PCM sees an RPM signal.
The driver in the PCM is monitored for faults. When activated the driver or ground circuit voltage should be low. When deactivated the driver/ground potential voltage should be high or near battery voltage. If the PCM sees a voltage other than what is expected, P0230 may be set.
Symptoms
Symptoms of a P0230 DTC may include:
MIL (malfunction indicator lamp) illumination
No start condition
No fuel pump operation
Fuel pump runs all the time with ignition on
Causes
Potential causes of a P0230 code include:
Short to ground on control circuit
Fuel pump control circuit open
Short to battery voltage on control circuit
Harness chafing causing one of above conditions
Bad relay
Bad PCM
Possible Solutions
Command the fuel pump on and off by using a scan tool or simply turning the ignition key on and off without starting the engine. If the fuel pump activates and deactivates, then start the vehicle and measure the current on the control (ground) circuit for a couple of minutes. It should be less than an amp and stay less than an amp.
If it doesn't then replacing the relay is a good idea at this point. If the fuel pump won't activate and deactivate, then remove the relay and visually check for discoloration due to heat or loose terminals. If okay, install a test light between the control circuit ignition feed and ground driver terminals (If you're not sure, don't attempt).
The test light should illuminate when the key is on or the fuel pump is commanded on. If it doesn't, then make sure there is voltage on one side of the coil (switched ignition feed). If voltage is present repair the open or short on the control ground circuit.

No TP sensor codes set, engine running for a length of time that is determined by startup coolant temperature (the length of time ranges from 3 minutes at less than -22°F to less than a second at more than 86°F), throttle angle less than 89% with engine speed less than 1000 rpm or throttle angle less than 97% with engine speed more than 1000 rpm, then the PCM detected that the MAP input indicated over 4.9v condition present for less than 1 second

la un opel astra G hatchback 1.6 16 v benzina 101 CP imi da o eroare ceva gen P0051 si P0151 ceva cu brake light alfunction nustu cum ... am inteles ca ar fii stopurile de frana care nu se aprind .. am verificat intrrupatorul si becurile daca sunt arse ... ele nu se aprind deloc ! ce ar trebui sa mai verific? multumesc anticipat

am inteles ca ar fii un scurt pe undeva.... problema sa rezolvat cu un alt cablu tras ... si acum se aprind stopurile la frana ... am sters eroarea ... dar surprinza .. iar a aparut ... si doar cele 2 erori au fost de mai sus.... mai nou la niste gropi mi au aparut 2 erori la martorul de la airbag ... una era referitoare la pretensionare si alta nustu exact ...ca nu am gasit denumirea in romana ...

Astazi,sambata, am avut timp si am desfacut termostatul.Am sperat sa gasesc vreo defectiune fizica dar nici vorba de asa ceva. Dupa montarea lui inapoi, am testat cu op-com si binenteles acelasi cod de eroare P1116. La final mi am luat inima in dinti si am facut o punte intre firele ce intra in mufa termostsatului. Imediat beculetul cu cheita sa stins si eroarea la recitirea codurilor de defecte nu a mai aparut. Sa trag deci concluzia ca este defect contactul electric din corpul termostatului? Daca poate sa imi explice cineva ce rol are aceea comanda electrica a termostatului ca eu nu inteleg.

Eu am ramas fara apa in motor duminica pe defileu, a crapat furtunul cel scurt dintre pompa de apa si radiator, mi-a aparut martorul cu temperatura, fiind chiar in curba la carlig intors de acolo am mai mers cca 50m si motorul sa oprit. Normal injuraturi langa masina ca nu puteam sa scot colierele sertizate , intr-un final am reusit sa le scot, si sa mut furtunul cat sa prinda si pompa de apa. Intre timp din 5 in 5 min dadeam la automat, asa am primit instructiuni ca sa nu se intample nu stiu ce la vibrochen. Bun am bagat apa de la izvor , am plecat spre casa, totul ok. Ieri constat insa ca temperatura la motor in mers ajunge la maxim 95 grade si scade pana la 88. Sa fie oare din cauza ca am inca apa in motor si nu antigel?
